I live in Australia so that means it’s Autumn here in the Southern hemisphere. I know most of you guys out there live in the Northern hemisphere where spring is.

The point is, Autumn is the best season to chill and have a cup of warm coffee and cozy up on the couch, watching Friends.

Keep this list of activities in mind when Autumn comes around for you.

So grab your mug of coffee or tea and let’s get right into it!

Autumn is here! It's a cold season but what better ways to spend Autumn is to wear comfy clothes, drink coffee/hot chocolate and jump into the piles of leaves? #autumn #autumnactivites #fallactivities #activitiesforteens #fall #fun #thingstodo

1. Cuddling in bed with a cup of coffee/tea

One of my favourite things to do during Autumn is snuggling in bed with the heater on, drinking a nice cup of coffee or tea and listening to the wind blowing outside.

I feel more productive when I sit at my desk doing my homework, studying or working on my blog with my cup of coffee.

2. Lit scented candles

Lighting a candle always makes the day so much better and it also makes your room smell great!

Especially if you have your favourite scent. Mine is apple and vanilla. What’s yours?

3. Sketching

I like to gain ideas and inspiration by looking out the window and sketching down whatever I could think of. Whenever something comes up, I usually draw it out and feel good about myself once it’s finished.

It helps with improving your drawing skills, creativity and perspectives. If you don’t draw, it could do the same for writing or anything you like as a hobby.

4. Taking a stroll through the park

Don’t always stay inside on a cold day, you can’t miss out on exercise! Take a job, walk, run through the park. Bring a pet along to the park or walk with friends.

Do you know what’s worth when you go out? Looking at the pretty orange-yellow leaves falling off the trees.

5. Snapping photos of the trees

You don’t have to be a professional photographer to take pictures. But if you want to up your photography skills for FREE, try out CreativeLive free photography courses.

Use your smartphone and take a few pictures of the leaves falling off the branches or a landscape photo. Save it as your memory.

Don’t miss out the opportunity to admire the colourful leaves! (Ok, I probably have this obsession over autumn trees).

6. Socialising with friends at a cafe

It may be cold to chill out with your friends but it would be so much better if you and your friends had matching hot chocolate in hand with a sweet snack.

7. Cuddles & movies

Cuddle with your partner or your pet on a sofa while binging one of your favourite movies is always a great deal of spending a great Autumn.

What’s great about this is you can do this at every season of the month.

8. Make snow angels in a pile of leaves

Missing Winter? I sure don’t (no snow here in Australia unless you go up the mountains, sadly).

While missing the opportunity of snow, I could always imagine the fallen leaves on the ground as snow.

Much more fun, you know?
